Refund Policy

Template: confirm these rules before launch. Razorpay requires a published refund policy.
Digital products
Study material and mock test series are digital products that are available immediately after payment. Because of this:
- If you have not downloaded the material or not started any paid test, you can request a full refund within [N, e.g. 7] days of purchase.
- After a download or a test attempt, refunds are given only if the product is faulty (for example a file that won't open) and we cannot fix it within [N] working days.
- If you were charged twice or the payment succeeded but nothing unlocked, we refund the extra payment in full.
How to ask for a refund
Email [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number (from your receipt) and the reason. We reply within [N] working days.
When you get the money
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it.
Access after a refund
When a refund is processed, access to the refunded material or tests ends.
